These terms apply to your use of the Kin Finance website and the KinStream, KinTrip and KinPlay apps (the "Services"), provided by Kin Finance Limited, registered in England and Wales, 40 Bank Street, Canary Wharf, London E14 5NR.
Using the Services
The Services are free during early access. You must be 18 or over to use the apps. You agree to use the Services lawfully and not to interfere with how they work.
Early access
The apps are in early access and are available by invitation. Features may change, be added or be removed, and things may not always work as expected. Access codes are personal to the people we invite. If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve the Services without any obligation to you.
Not financial advice
The Services help you organise information you enter. They do not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Totals, budgets and suggestions depend on the information you provide, and you should check any decision before acting on it.
Your information
Information you enter is saved on your device and is not sent to us. You are responsible for keeping backups. We cannot recover information that is lost, for example if you clear your browser data or lose your device. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Offers and third parties
The Services may mention offers, discounts or services from other companies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, terms or accuracy.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the Services, and we may change these terms. Changes will be posted on this page.
Liability
We provide the Services with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for loss of information you have not backed up. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Intellectual property
The Services, including their design, text and software, belong to Kin Finance Limited or its licensors. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
